Shipping Information

We offer free shipping on all orders to the contiguous 48 US States with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 6 business days. Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can monitor your package's delivery status.

For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, please contact our Customer Service Department at wag2me@sincerepet.com to place your order as there will be additional shipping costs.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship products to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or destinations outside of the USA.

Order Modification

Please note that once an order is placed, it enters our shipping queue immediately and cannot be changed online. However, if you need to make a modification to your order and it was placed within the last 24 hours, please contact us at wag2me@sincerepet.com to see if there is still time to make the change. Please be aware that any modifications made after the initial 24-hour window cannot be guaranteed and may result in additional charges or delays. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Shipping Delays

We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible, but occasionally there may be a delay due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by a delay in your shipment and assure you that we are doing everything we can to expedite the process. Return Shipping

Please note that as a policy, Wag2me does not cover the cost of return shipping. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. However, we understand that returning an item can be a hassle, so we welcome you to return your package in the manner that is most convenient for you. Please make sure to obtain a tracking number and keep it for your records. You will need to provide the tracking number to Wag2me to confirm receipt of the returned item.

Exchanged Product Delivery

If you are exchanging a product, the time it takes for your exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on your location. However, we will do our best to get your exchanged item to you as soon as possible. If you have any questions or concerns about the status of your exchange, please contact us at wag2me@sincerepet.com.

Trackable Shipping
For your protection, if you are returning an item over $75, we recommend that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. While we strive to receive all returned items, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking or insurance.
